I had the great privilege of living in stunning Windsor Park when I first moved back to Edmonton. It is a neighbourhood I know very well! Bordering the University of Alberta on the east, you cannot help but be affected by the student/academic vibe. Windsor Park is well-established with residents that have resided there for decades and short-term student rentals. From the mansions on Saskatchewan Drive, to the character homes located on the park, to the upcoming condos of the proposed Windsor Terrace – there is something for everyone. It boasts several pocket parks and is walking distance to the river valley, Laurier off-leash, and numerous shops and restaurants. I am a proud member of their community league (former president and currently the newsletter editor). From bike lanes, to elm lined streets, Windsor Park is truly a gem in Edmonton’s core.
