As your listing agent, my task is to sell your property promptly and get you the best price.
Pricing is tricky! I provide educated pricing advice based on local real estate data, current market conditions, and knowing you and your property.
Once the pricing is set, I work with professionals to have photographs and/or a video taken to market your property. Additionally, I have your house professionally measured to meet the Residential Measurement Standard (RMS), which is required for the MLS listing. I prepare the residential listing input form, including the public and private remarks, to get your property up on the MLS as quickly as possible.
Once the property is listed, I communicate with REALTORs® and potential buyers directly to arrange viewings of your property (at your convenience).
As offers are received, I present them to you and discuss the details and help you make an informed decision on counter-offering, rejecting, or accepting each offer. The decision is yours, but, rest assured, I am here to help!
